Our alternative Community Plan to build affordable housing in numbers that conform to the state mandate, in an organized way and allowing the preservation of the historical core of Sawtelle-Japantown, can be an example for other communities.

For the plan to have any chance, we need an urgent Interim Control Ordinance (ICO) and an exemption to Executive Directive 1 (ED 1).
